Equipped with environmental sensors and a led, buzzer or integration for feedback to the immediate area with user definable patterns and colours depending on levels of CO2 PPM in the air. The device can integrate with existing HVAC systems to open and close windows automatically. When the air quality has deteriorated to a point where it’s time to open the windows/AC system and ventilate the room they will do so automatically. When the CO2 level has improved to an acceptable level, the device will indicate that the window or AC system can be closed again.

This solution is easily applicable for many kinds of buildings and offices. During winter, heating bills can rack up quite high. But heat loss is prevented by optimizing ventilation schedules, resulting in reduced electricity bills, and an improvement in environmental impact.
