The customer helps their clients in preparing for sizable events involving numerous moving high-value assets. The organization requires efficient tracking and tracing of their assets and when necessary seamless coordination with emergency services. Accurate positioning data is essential for just a single day, and a straightforward learning curve is crucial. Additionally, the tracking solution should not be permanently affixed to the asset.

This challenge was addressed by providing access to our position viewing portal for the event, with pre defined event areas pre-mapped by the customer. LTE-M trackers are configured to transmit positions four times per minute, they were equipped with ample battery capacity and encased in waterproof, impact-resistant enclosures. The modules could be easily hung or stored at convenient locations on the assets. Once the event concluded, the modules were disassembled, the batteries were recharged, and all components were stored for future use.

This approach allowed the organizers to focus on their event with an additional tool at their disposal, significantly enhancing their preparedness for potential emergencies. Real-time asset monitoring empowered emergency services to stay ahead of any incidents, preparing them to guide responders effectively and independently. By exclusively utilizing reusable components and batteries, our addition to the event generated zero waste.
